Senior System Engineer

System Solution Architect OPWI ICAPS-PDC

We are looking for a talented and senior System Engineer & Solution Architect to join our unique R&D Group.

What you will be doing:

• Leading the System Engineering of the Xact Optical Wafer Inspection platform, Defining and validating the system & subsystems HW & SW requirements.
• Solution architecture and key function position in definition of next generation roadmaps per market requirements.
• Designing innovative solutions and inventing new modules and operational modes for complex multi-disciplinary systems consisting of advance microscopy, electro-optics, motion devices, control, signal / image processing, algorithms, and software.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis through advanced analytics and in delivery of effective solutions.
• Working in teamwork, synergy, and collaboration with different disciplines (physics, application, SW, algorithms, electronics, mechanics, motion etc.).

An agile multidisciplinary R&D Group focused on developing advanced solutions for the ICAPS (IoT, Communication, Automotive, Power & Sensors) markets.

What should you have?

• BSc degree in Physics / Engineering. Advanced degree. - Advantage
• >10 years’ experience of relevant professional positions engaging the development of multi-disciplinary electro-optic systems.
• Analytical capabilities, problem solving orientation and interdisciplinary knowledge.
• Firm background in electro-optics, control theory or signal / image processing
• Excellent collaboration capabilities + ability to work independently.
• Python or MATLAB programming knowledge.
