Position Overview:

As an Algorithm Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in our tech foundation, building and refining the algorithms that drive our innovative Player Generated Content (PGC) infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Python and server-based architectures, coupled with a robust understanding of computer vision. If you have experience with 3D technologies, that’s a bonus.

This is a unique opportunity to join our founding team. You'll be at the forefront of our efforts, helping to craft our technical strategy, and shaping our company's direction. You'll have a considerable amount of responsibility and the chance to grow alongside us as we scale.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine our core AI algorithms.
• Design and implement algorithms in a server-based environment to handle large-scale data.
• Apply computer vision techniques to enhance our PGC infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with our team to implement new features and improvements.
• Drive performance tuning, usability, and automation of our systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.

Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. degree with focused research in the fields of 3D Vision, Computer Vision, or Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated extensive experience in their specific area of study, contributing to significant advancements or understanding in these cutting-edge domains.
• 4+ years of programming experience in Python.
• 3+ years of practical experience in developing Deep Learning models.
• Solid understanding of Deep Learning algorithms, architectures, and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of server-based architectures.
• Proven experience with computer vision applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Bonuses:

• Experience with 3D technologies is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI diffusion models.
