Sales Representative

Cover is building a next-gen personal insurance and finance platform to help people gain transparency and take control over their funds.

We’re looking for a hungry Sales Representative to join our growing Sales team. This person should be a huge peoples person with a strong connection to our vision 💫

In this role you will:

• Schedule qualified introductory meetings for our sales team and nurture the top-of-the-funnel pipeline to facilitate sales opportunities.
• Handle inbound leads, and work with our financial experts to target relevant accounts.
• Use sales strategy and prospecting skills to help grow the pipeline that leads to revenue.
• Consistently meet and exceed SDR quotas for appointments scheduled.
• Learn to sell Cover’s value proposition and answer client FAQs
• Update lead and prospect statuses in our internal CRM.
• Think of creative ways to tackle certain segments by staying data-driven and by understanding user needs.

Your qualifications should be:

• An amazing communicator with the ability to engage people.
• Super customer focused with an understanding for strong UX.
• Fluent Hebrew is a must! Fluent English is a plus!
• Hungry, driven, eager to learn, and agile!
• Able to think strategically and tactically. Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• A positive, independent, creative, and self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
• Past sales experience - a plus
