Insurance Operations Specialist

Cover is building a next-gen personal insurance and finance platform to help people gain transparency and take control over their funds.

We're looking for an Insurance Operations Specialist to join the growing team. This individual should be diligent with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Foster excellent relationships with our insurance partners and investment houses
• Engage in communication with agreements departments across various insurance companies and investment houses, addressing pertinent issues in collaboration with our brokers and CS teams
• Manage the issuance of broker agreements and required permissions for any needed partnering company
• Oversee processes and data through internal and external platforms

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Support/Administration experience
• A great communicator with strong attention to the details
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Organized, independent, and a self-starter at the core
