Supply Chain Manager, Operations Department

The Supply chain Manager will be responsible for all Supply chain activities in the company.

The role includes procurement activities, logistics, ERP and planning. Involvement in transitioning new products from early-stage development to production level to the field deployment processes.

The role will require working  with cross-functional teams ranging from HW designers, systems engineers and operations teams as well as  playing a critical role in the company  development and operations.

Required Qualifications: 

• Lead all procurement activities – PO’s cycle. 
• Maintain the company bill of material.
• Manage the company suppliers
• Improve the procurement processes
• Participate in NPI and development processes
• Product Data Management – act as an authority in the ERP. Administrator to the ERP system. 
• Implement ERP and ERP modules
• Participate in ECO, EOL, CAPA and other regulation process.
• Support production achieving system spec, support all Production needs. 
• Logistics and purchasing support to all departments (Service, logistics, Purchasing, QA, R&D & Subcontractors), supplier qualifications and audits, developing/upgrading parts, cost reduction projects. 
• Work according to medical device regulation, close interface with Q&R
• Define methodologies, interfaces, and process within the operation matrix to ensure smooth product introduction

Requirements:

• B.Sc. Industrial engineering and Management or equivalent
• 4 years’ experience in multi-disciplinary industry, including electronics, software, optics, motion control, mechanics and manufacturing 
• Experience with Engineering processes 
• Project management capabilities
• 4 years’ experience with ERP 
• Medical device industry experience – advantage
• ERP related experience - Advantage

Languages: (Verbal and written)

 Hebrew – High level, English – High level

• Ability to work independently in multi-disciplinary environment, including electronics, mechanics, software, optics, purchasing, and manufacturing. 
• Excellent inter-personal communication skills and team relationships. 
• Open minded, flexible, ability to work under pressure in a start-up environment
• Self-education ability
