Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a strong Senior Product Manager to join a growing AI-driven startup and take end-to-end ownership of the product function.

This is a unique opportunity to become the company’s sole Product Manager and play a central role in shaping product strategy, priorities, and execution. You will work closely with the company’s leadership, customers, engineering, and customer-facing teams, with significant ownership and direct impact on the company’s product direction.

What You’ll Do
Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from customer discovery and problem definition through roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration.
Build and manage the product roadmap based on customer needs, business priorities, market opportunities, and technical considerations.
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand pain points, workflows, and product opportunities.
Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
Partner closely with Engineering throughout the development process and drive execution from concept to production.
Define product success metrics, analyze product usage and feedback, and continuously improve the product.
Help establish and evolve product processes, methodologies, and ways of working across the company.
Act as the company’s sole Product function, with broad ownership and visibility across the organization.

5-7 years of hands-on Product Management experience.
Strong experience managing B2B SaaS products.
Proven experience owning products or significant product areas end-to-end.
Strong customer orientation and experience working directly with customers to identify needs and translate them into product solutions.
Experience working closely with Engineering and cross-functional teams.
Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and make decisions in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Comfortable working in an environment with high ownership and limited existing product infrastructure.

Experience working on AI-powered products or features.
Experience with mobile products, in addition to SaaS experience.
Experience in an early-stage or rapidly growing startup.
Experience building product processes or operating as a highly independent Product Manager.
