AutoDS is looking for a rockstar Growth Marketing Team Lead who will oversee our Growth Marketing team to build on our existing Marketing initiatives. The primary focus will be on crafting innovative campaigns and developing marketing assets. This will be done by leveraging various channels (digital advertising, SEO, PPC, etc.), to drive user growth and brand engagement across a worldwide audience.
This role offers an amazing opportunity to make a significant impact and drive marketing strategies. The Growth Marketing Team Lead will need to be creative, technical, and managerial. The role will be responsible for contributing to strategic planning and execution on a campaign level plus also being involved in the management and mentoring of team members across the team.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Strategize and manage Conversion Rate Optimization for new and existing online funnels
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to decide on priorities and potential opportunities to realize the overall goals
- Monitor data from a high-level perspective, using statistical techniques to interpret data and communicate data, patterns, and trends to team members & stakeholders
- Utilize market research and customer insights to identify target segments, understand customer needs, and develop effective marketing angles
- Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments to the marketing approach
- Responsible for tracking marketing data & disseminating them into reports/business insights to be presented to management
- Manage a team of marketers and provide mentorship and guidance related to growth marketing
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience at a B2C/B2SMB software or SaaS company - a must
- High level of spoken and written English proficiency – a must
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and an eye for detail
- You are proficient at using marketing automation and CRM tools like Hubspot.
- Hands-on experience directly managing employees at various levels
- Bonus Skills: experience in the e-commerce industry, familiarity with Shopify
