Head of Product Management

A startup company developing an application that aggregates data from various sources and publishes real-time statistics regarding sports results, data, rankings, and more. The application experiences exceptional traffic with hundreds of millions of users worldwide and 80 million downloads.

Role Description:

Leading and managing a team of 6 Product professionals with minimal hands-on involvement. Collaborating with development, QA, design, and BI teams, primarily focusing on inbound activities. The team works on a B2C product, and responsibilities include constructing the roadmap for the products, team management, training, and mentoring. The company is located in Tel Aviv, near the train line, and has a workforce of 100 employees.

Requirements-

• 7 years of product management experience with B2C products, that would preferably include sports or entertainment mobile products.

• Proven track record of successfully launching or scaling consumer-facing products, as a leader of a product team, preferably in a startup environment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to push the personal growth of his own team, while motivating cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
