Position: Marcom and Sales Operations Specialist (Entry level position, Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marcom and Sales Operations Specialist reporting to the company’s CRO. This role will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team and the development of Marketing Communications. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fully fluent English, web design technical capabilities, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a starting level position. Relevant candidates will be able to grow with us and develop professionally within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Communications (Marcom):

- Wix website management / design 

- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, and events.

- Collaborate with the CRO to develop and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.

- Social media management

Sales Operations Support:

- Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including managing and updating sales databases, generating reports, and maintaining documentation.

- Manage the Sales team calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to streamline processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Assist with sales forecasting and budgeting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (or near completion)

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

- Mother tongue level written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERM systems such as Monday.

- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
