Robotics Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Robotics Engineer to join our team. The role of the Robotics Engineer is to install, test, and maintain our turnkey cobot-based solutions and to participate in developing new solutions within a smart factory framework. Proficiency in English and Russian or Hebrew and Russian is a must. Prior work experience with collaborative robots is required.

Responsibilities:

- Perform initial setting of the robots, calibrating, creating offline trajectories

- Ensure optimal performance, safety, and usability of robotic systems

- Develop and implement control algorithms, sensor integration, and perception systems for cobotic cells

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for cobot deployments, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and system integration

- Work directly with the end-user community to understand requirements and data flows and to articulate solutions, risks, and challenges

Competencies:

- Basic knowledge of C++ and Python

- Experience in developing robotics software, especially for collaborative robots

- Experience in working with PLC, frequency converters, servomotors, knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, Modbus

- Ability to work with manual tools

- Basic knowledge of CAD systems (preferably SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, etc.) – an advantage

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in robotics, computer science, or electrical engineering

- Broad technical and IT knowledge, including operating systems, programming languages, and databases

- Strong understanding of how to write and test robust, safety-critical, efficient code

Languages:

- English and Russian OR Hebrew and Russian.

- Knowledge of all three languages – a strong advantage
