System Analyst

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to join our team and work on innovative projects

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Product Manager to help the business unit attain its goals.

• Conduct business requirement gathering with clients overseas and internal stakeholders.

• Write functional requirements as user stories.

• Work closely with development to design the right solutions.

• Work with QA to ensure the delivery of high quality solutions

• Become a system expert – assisting the client with production issues and queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
