Senior Product Designer

Seal Security is a rapidly growing B2B startup in the early stages, with our solution currently in open beta. Our mission is to empower companies to automate and scale their open-source vulnerability remediation efforts.

We are looking for a highly motivated UX/UI Product Designer. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both visual and functional design and have a passion for creating elegant and intuitive interfaces. They will lead the design process and work cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to delivery.
• Full ownership of the user interface.
• Create a user-friendly interface for advanced technical users.
• Work closely with the CPO on the feature requirements and translate them into a clear design.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to implement the designs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer in a startup environment.
• Proficiency in working with Figma.
• Proven capability to operate autonomously throughout the entire user experience design process, showcasing the ability to independently ideate, iterate, and implement design solutions.
• Showcasing adaptability and a proactive approach.
• Team player with great communication skills.
• Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication or Interactive Design or equivalent.
• Fluent English.
