Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Kfar Sava for an MSP Interface Manager. The MSP Interface Manager will be responsible for managing the interfaces with MSPs, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring that all parties are working effectively together. They will be responsible for resolving any issues that arise and optimizing the MSP experience. The MSP Interface Manager will also be responsible for providing training, support, and feedback to MSPs/Partners and internal teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing MSP interfaces with vendors and internal teams - advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity concepts and technologies
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent English, both written and oral -must
