VP, Field Services and Support

We are looking for a VP of Support to lead our Field Services and Technical Support organizations as we look to scale! We are a growing, well funded, tech startup within the data analytics and business intelligence space that allows for companies to get more out of their products and existing data.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Field Services organization, encompassing Field Engineering and Technical Support, to drive operational excellence and customer success.
• Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with company objectives and drive growth.
• Define and implement data-driven product strategy plans for Field Services, collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Develop and manage the Field Services budget in partnership with Finance to ensure fiscal responsibility and drive growth.
• Oversee the operations of the Technical Support team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive customer success and business growth.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in technical support, preferably within a SaaS environment, and a strong track record in leadership.
• An understanding of the challenges common in growing tech startups, and a strategic mind to overcome those hurdles.
• Preferred experience within a technical Data company (i.e. BI, Data Analytics, Big Data)
• Extensive experience working directly with executive leadership and driving alignment across multiple business units.
• Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to build and execute a comprehensive communication strategy.
• Highly motivated, execution-focused individual with a positive and resilient attitude.
