About this role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated senior Business Application Specialist with a strong NetSuite background to join our team and establish the foundations for

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the G&A business applications, including ERP, procurement, HRIS, etc.

This individual will work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure that the company's applications are integrated and utilized to their fullest potential.

This position will report directly to Aidoc’s Director of IT/IS.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop our NetSuite environment and related solutions
• Support and maintain the organization's other business applications, such as BambooHR, Comeet, etc.
• Work with other departments to ensure that the company's applications are integrated with other systems and processes.
• Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Participate in the planning and implementation of new solutions and system upgrades
  
  

• 4+ years of experience working with business applications
• 3+ years with NetSuite Administration hands-on experience, including a strong NetSuite product knowledge and architecture
• Experience with application integration and data management
• People who take pride in giving the best service possible and are experienced with working in a global company
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field- advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both personal and over the phone/email/Zoom
• Open-minded and curious with independent learning abilities
• Multi-tasking and ability to work independently
