FP&A Analyst

Gilat Satellite Networks is a leading global provider of satellite-based broadband communications. With over 35 years of experience, we design and manufacture cutting-edge ground segment equipment, providing comprehensive solutions and end-to-end services powered by our innovative technology.

Our amazing finance team is looking for a highly motivated FP&A Analyst to join us. The finance team is responsible for all aspects from ensuring that we are compliant with all tax regulations and business obligations.

You will be responsible for planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide for the company's extensive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver key financial forecasting, along with insightful performance reporting and analysis
• Business Partner to the business and functional owners. Implement strict budget control.
• Manage quarterly close process and produce budget variance reports.
• Maintain a rolling forecast, implement and improve forecasting methodologies.
• Develop and deliver reporting packages to senior management. Track and monitor KPIs used to drive business efficiency.
• Participate in the Annual Budgeting Process
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in economics – Must!
• At least 2+ years of experience within a similar role, preferably a background in a Hi-Tech organization.
• Partnership in leading the annual budgeting process and performs rolling forecast updates.
• Business acumen and analytic skills, comfortable in challenging existing status-quo/processes, while proposing meaningful improvements.
• Effective in presenting analysis and has an ability to do more than just report numbers, but to tell a narrative to aid and drive decision making.
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal guidance, has entrepreneurial drive, with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, comfortable with ERP and BI systems.
• Work and collaborate with globally disbursed teams (fluent English and communication skills is a requirement)
