We are hiring an AI Project Manager for our TLV-based R&D team.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to manage the roadmap of a collection of AI projects involving several disciplines across NLP, Computer Vision, generative AI as well vector DB algorithms.

• As an AI Project Manager, you will be accountable for making sure our roadmap ambitions are aligned with our resources and for guiding various project lifecycle activities .

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on work experience as an algorithms researcher or engineer.
• You have at least 2 years of experience specifically managing projects involving several distinct tracks, including maintaining situational awareness over each of them.
• You are motivated by an ability to affect the future course of a major R&D effort by the means of well-made plans.
• You have experience articulating plans in written form based on discussions with relevant key stakeholders.
• You are a proactive and clear communicator.
• You have a grasp of the various metrics and methodologies used to assess and guide AI work both - including: domain metrics like precision/recall, runtime/resource performance like GPU utilization, and classical SW application usage metrics.
