Join our research group at Guandong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT) if you are looking for a theoretical PhD student position and want to do active research in electronic, optical, and transport properties of modern low-dimensional materials, including semiconducting and superconducting materials and other, in a very productive international research team led by Prof. Ivan Savenko. 

GTIIT is a joint collaborative organization between China and Israel. The research environment is modern and convenient. The PhD student will spend time at Technion (campus in Haifa, Israel) and GTIIT (campus in Shantou, China). Thus, this job opens an opportunity to receive a PhD diploma from Israel Technion.
