MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Key accountabilities

Application of the instructions and maintenance method statements from his / her management to deliver, erect, Maintenance works in the optimal conditions: quality and health and safety.

• The Maintenance Technician reports directly to the POS Supervisor / Team Leader and is in charge of making sure that the power supply equipment is maintained in conformity with the maintenance procedures, the machines and tools user rules and the Time Schedule in place.
• His / Her duties include the follow up of the service of the machines and tools and maintain the highest level of availability.
• He / She alerts and reports to the management - Supervisor or Team Leader - on any concerns he has related to the job he /she has to perform, and especially regarding: HSE, Quality, Access, Customer / Consultant requirement, etc.

• Report of POS asset condition
• Report of the service of the machines, tools and their consumption
• Report his hours and material consumption
  
  

He/she must be based onshore, on site, typically in the Project Leading Unit.

Performance measurements

• HSE compliance
• Quality compliance regarding the Work Method Statements
• Low level of absenteeism
  
  

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory

• Power Supply installation / maintenance experience and degree of electrician.
  
  

Desirable

• Certification on Railway Safety
• Certification on Site EHS management
  
  

Experience

Mandatory

• Experience in POS Installation / maintenance
• If he is in charge of the machines or tools service, validated experience and license in these activities.

• Knowledge of the POS maintenance methods, measure tools and HSE rules
