What will you do?

• Proactively Monitor and analyze our environment from discovery and inventory perspectives.
• Handles discovery and inventory-related queries from sales engineers and customer success managers.
• Works to adjust our inventory for our customer's needs and escalate them to management and Product.
• Identify, diagnose, and fix (based on run-book and knowledge) Incidents that are raised through Monitoring Tools or other teams.
• Create tickets and escalate them to higher-level security analysts and developers.
• Working closely with other teams to provide recommendations for improving our discovery.
• Maintain strong knowledge and awareness of the consistent development of our product.
• Assist in the investigation and/or the resolution of problems that caused Incidents, in the scope of the responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of APIs and their schemes (REST, SOAP, and GraphQL).
• Basic understanding of web application security (OWASP top 10) and attack flows.
• Strong technical understanding of network fundamentals and common Internet protocols.
• Self-driven and curious, committed to precision in task execution.
• Passion for data and an analytic mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and the ability to document technical topics in a clear manner.
• Team player with a customer-oriented and company-focused mindset.

Preferred (but not mandatory) experience:

• Experience with Python scripting.
