Main responsibilities of the position:

• Conduct sales courses & training programs and materials tailored to the needs of the sales team.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales hires to ensure a smooth integration into the sales team.
• Familiarize new hires with company policies, values, and sales processes.
• Identify areas for improvement in sales skills and develop training initiatives to address them.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
• Role-play scenarios to help sales teams practice and improve their skills.
• Train sales teams on relevant sales tools, CRM systems, and other technologies to improve efficiency.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback.

Job Requirements:

• Native/fluent English - a must.
• Previous immigration sales/ online sales experience – a must.
• Substantial experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role, to provide practical insights and guidance - a must.
• Previous experience in sales training or a similar role - a must.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information to diverse audiences - a must.
• Familiarity with sales tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies - a must.
