Yotpo is looking for an Experienced Team Leader who will join the Reviews group.

The team is backend oriented with strong folks who are moving the needle on a daily basis.

The role is colored by professionalism, hard working, dynamic environment and most importantly enjoy our day-to-day while achieving our goals.

As a Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for the team, deliveries, growth, and quality while everyone enjoys the ride. You’ll hire, mentor, educate, and build processes with the freedom to make your team best-in-class.

• Delivering scalable, high quality features daily in CI/CD environment

• 5-7+ years of experience in software development, 3 years as R&D Team Leader
• 5 years of Experience with backend frameworks
• Experience with backend technologies with high scale
• Experience with development in a cloud environment
• Experience with leading quality processes, building test plans, and rollout releases..
  
  

• Experience with Java Spring boot
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Ruby on rails (we still have some code there)
• Willing to win any challenge
• Building high scale systems
• Working on cross product features which requires high ability to cooperate with external teams outside the group
