Role Description

This is a 24/7 shifts on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Netanya. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints, topping up their card for medical treatments, providing product and service information, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Hebrew; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work on morning, evening and night shifts
• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
