Responsibilities:

• Strategic Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize returns on investments, showcasing a keen ability to think innovatively and solve problems creatively.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire PPC teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages the generation of new ideas.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage cost-efficient budgets, meticulously monitoring and reporting budget utilization to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends to keep SpoTower at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
• Reporting Expertise: Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, offering valuable insights into B2B and B2C marketing, sales funnels, lead generation, sales metrics, and website analytics.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively for integrated campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination between different facets of marketing.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in the Internet /Ad-tech industry, coupled with a proven track record of success.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, management, statistics, or an equivalent field.
• Demonstrate 5 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on maximizing results.
• Showcase expertise in managing TCPA campaigns, highlighting an in-depth understanding of compliance and efficiency.
• Exhibit proficiency in reporting on B2B and B2C marketing and sales funnels, emphasizing lead generation, sales metrics, and website analytics.
• Language Skills: Possess full working proficiency in English, a mandatory requirement for effective communication.
• Display exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a deep understanding of data structures and data architecture principles.
