Variance is looking for a talented Corporate Finance & Project Finance Analyst:

If you want to be involved in the major infrastructure transactions, renewable energy, BOT/PFI projects' advisory to Israel’s leading developers and financial institutions.

Our corporate Finance team advises companies, board of directors and investors on Mergers and Acquisitions, Fundraising, Corporate Valuation and more at different stages, from start-ups to mature companies.

Responsibilities

• Providing financial advisory to major developers, financial institutions, and funds related to BOT/PPP/Energy projects.
• Formulating a decision-making complex excel models
• Advising companies in debt raising and other forms of capital
• Formulating complex financial models
• Supporting clients in various negotiations.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and analytical skill
• Excellent academic track record, with a degree in Business, Economics, Accounting and other relevant fields
• Excellent Excel skill
• Creative thinking and ability to manage complex processe
• Time management and task prioritization capabilitie
• Fluent in Hebrew and Englis
