What You Will Do

Vim is looking for a talented and motivated Legal Counsel to join our legal team. As legal counsel you’ll report directly to the VP Legal and work closely with key stakeholders in the organization, providing legal counsel in every day-to-day business aspect.

• Provide legal advice to the company's various departments.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Draft terms of service and customer agreements.
• Product counseling.
• Regulatory and compliance, mainly privacy and healthcare regulations.
  
  

• An experienced commercial lawyer with 4-5 years of experience in a technology company or a commercial department of a leading law firm
• Experienced in complex commercial transactions including dealing with regulatory and compliance issues
• Experience with data privacy laws and HIPAA - strong advantage
• Strong technological orientation
• Super organized, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Passionate, dynamic, and a people person at heart
