Your Role as Senior Product Manager:

As the cornerstone of our product function, you will be instrumental in establishing and leading our product organization. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the direction of our products from the ground up, working closely with R&D to define, prioritize, and execute product strategies that align with our vision.

Responsibilities:

• Inbound: Establish the product organization and its methodologies, setting the stage for product development by working closely with R&D, defining requirements, and prioritizing tasks. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our product not only meets but exceeds our customers' expectations.
• Outbound: Be the authority on market trends within the social data-driven space. Your insights will guide our strategic direction, ensuring our products remain ahead of the curve and relevant to our target markets. You will be expected to have your finger on the pulse of the industry, predicting and acting on trends that will shape the future of social data utilization.
• Leadership: As the first and primary product function, your leadership will not only define the present but also pave the way for the future of our product team. You will be expected to embody excellence, setting a benchmark for product management within Vetric.

Who You Are:

• Experience: You have a proven track record of at least 4 years in product management, particularly in SaaS or tech-focused companies. Your experience includes building and scaling product functions, with a keen understanding of both inbound and outbound product management methodologies.
• Market Savvy: Your expertise in social data-driven markets is unmatched. You understand the current landscape and can anticipate future trends, applying this knowledge to develop innovative product strategies.
• Strategic Thinker: You possess a strategic mindset, with the ability to translate complex data and market insights into actionable product strategies.
• Adaptable: Thriving in a fast-paced startup environment comes naturally to you. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and quick changes, always ready to pivot strategies in response to market demands.
• Collaborator: Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to achieve product and company goals.
