.Net Tech Lead

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Technically lead a team of developers in shaping our digital platforms and assets,
• providing guidance on architecture, design, and implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions that drive our success.
• Design and deliver scalable, high-performance applications and systems utilizing .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Azure, and modern web technologies.
• Establish best practices, code standards, and processes while actively monitoring system availability and stability.
• Mentor other developers to continuously improve their skills while staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and driving innovation within the team.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of .Net development experience, including expertise in ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Core.
• 3+ years of solution architecture experience in enterprise-scale systems.
• Experience with modern web technologies like Angular, React, Node.js.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills are essential to thrive in this role.
