ProLeafEra (www.proleafera.com) is a company in the field of foodtech that specializes in the production of plant-based protein, focusing on the development of a new source and the production of plant-based protein for use in the food industry as a raw material with new properties.
The position involves physical work with equipment in the production laboratory.
Job Description:
- Managing, leading, planning, and executing laboratory research and development
- Mentoring and management of the analytical team
- Developing, evaluating, and optimizing protein and other component analysis for a variety of purposes
- Design, evaluation and optimization of proteins for various applications
- Lead production process under regulatory constrains
- Prepare for regulation processes
Job Requirements:
- MSc/Ph.D in life sciences with expertise in proteins, molecules, analytical skills.
- Previous experience -advantage
- knowledge of biological methods, design, protein extraction, and analysis
