About the Role:

As our Product Designer, you'll be the bridge between user needs and business goals, transforming complex ideas into intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You'll wear many hats, from conducting user research and understanding customer pain points to crafting wireframes, prototyping, and iterating on designs. We value a passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve in design trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, analyse data, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Design user-centered interfaces for our products, ensuring smooth navigation and intuitive flows.
• Create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes for testing and user feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, marketing) to refine and implement designs.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
• Present design concepts effectively to stakeholders and advocate for user-centric solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a product company (preferred mobile products).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Mastery of Figma and other design tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for user-centered design and a drive to create positive impact.
• Bonus points for experience with HTML, CSS and mobile accessibility best practices.
