What is your mission?

As a Senior Technical Product Manager for Platform Innovation at Cellebrite, your mission is to spearhead key aspects of the our SaaS platform evolution, blending technical prowess with product management finesse.

Reporting directly to the VP of Product Management, you'll craft a visionary roadmap, engaging with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure our platform not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our teams and customers.

Your role is crucial in aligning technical solutions with business objectives, fostering and nurturing innovation, and support onboad of clients to our platform thorugh the creation of world-class Developer Experience.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to refine platform requirements.
• Evaluate and align technical solutions from architects with business and technical objectives.
• Influence the platform roadmap, prioritizing innovation and practical application.
• Work closely with program management, development teams, architects, and product-managers from other groups to ensure orchestrated delivery of platform features that enable effective and efficient delivery of products to our end-users.
• Develop and demonstrate proof-of-concepts with external teams to highlight the platform's potential.
• Lead Developer Experience initiatives: defining the content of SDKs, APIs, Tooling and documentation that allow developers to easily onboard to the platform.
• Maintain active external communications to engage with the platform user community.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in technical product management, software architecture, or a similar leadership role in technology.
• Strong technical background, with the ability to critically evaluate and align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Experience developing proof-of-concepts and working with external partners.
• Excellent understanding of SaaS platforms and the ability to influence their roadmap.
• Exceptional, proven, communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset, coupled with empathy for developers and a talent for community engagement.
• At least 5 years of experience in a technological role (eg. Developer, CTO, Guild leader, Devops Engineer, Architect)
• At least 2 years experience in delivering a SaaS-based product, specifically based in AWS.
• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess the business impact of technological solutions.
• Creativity, insight, and a commitment to innovation.
• Advantage: Active contributor to a technology-based community (eg. Medium Blog, Top Contribuotor on Stackoverflow, Youtube Channel etc.)
