Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Childcare Assistant role located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Childcare Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive care for vulnerable children on a day-to-day basis, including looking after their hygiene, engaging them in creative activities, and developing a caring and supportive relationship with them and their parents. They will report to the Childcare Director and work in collaboration with other Childcare Assistants as part of a professional team.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with children and their parents
• Good knowledge of hygiene and safety practices to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children
• Strong creativity skills to engage children in stimulating and age-appropriate activities
• Experience in childcare or a related field
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
• Fluent in Hebrew and basic English proficiency is desirable
