Financial Planning Analyst

Primary purpose and function of this position:

The primary responsibility of the Financial Controller is overseeing accounting procedures and financial activity.

Major duties and responsibilities:

- Finance Business Partner to the various departments to prepare the required analysis

- Lead the annual budget process and strategic planning in a timely and qualitative manners, work closely with the units.

- Prepare the consolidated overview of the budget and strategic plans to include the

required analyses and in alignment with the parent company guidance.

- Analyze the actual results on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and report to the

parent company with required analyses to include variance analysis versus the

Budget and other relative versions/ periods

- Lead the LBE process (Last Best Estimate) on a quarterly basis with the required analyses

- Manage the CAPEX consolidated picture for Actual, Budget and LBE

Education and Knowledge Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in economics or accounting, MA in economics or MBA is an advantage

- At least 3 years post internship experience, preferably working for an international company, with all the above-mentioned duties and responsibilities.

- Familiarity with bio tech industry

Travel Requirements: 10%. International Travel required - Optional.
