Electrical Team Lead is responsible for managing all aspects of electrical maintenance of complete plant through Contractor’s Staff and/or Customer’s Workforce to ensure safe, reliable, efficient plant operations, communication with IEC (Israel Electric Corporation and Noga - The Israel Independent System Operator.

Job Description

Electrical Team Lead is responsible for managing all aspects of electrical maintenance of complete plant through Contractor’s Staff and/or Customer’s Workforce to ensure safe, reliable, efficient plant operations, communication with IEC (Israel Electric Corporation) and NOGA - The Israel Independent System Operator.

Responsibilities

As Electrical Team Lead you report to the Maintenance Manager and:

• Strong project management, problem solving and organizational skills
• Experience of planning and managing plant outages
• Prior experience with GE O&M in same capacity is preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills, Hebrew and English
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proficiency with computer tools
• Understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS) like Maximo
  
  

• Graduate Electrical Engineer - מהנדס חשמל בעל רשיון של חשמלאי מהנדס + high voltage work license.
• Minimum 5 years of power plant experience with minimum three years in team lead position in plant maintenance.
• Minimum three years of O&M experience.
• Career Level - Experienced
• Reports to – O&M Maintenance Manager
