Corporate Financial Controller

A successful growing software development company is looking for a corporate financial controller.

The role includes:

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Supervision of bookkeeping and management of bookkeeping staff
• Financial Analysis
• Ongoing budgetary control
• Managing cash flow aspects
• Supervision of internal control processes and assistance in all matters related to streamlining processes and improving cost structure
• Reporting to the CFO

Requirements:

1. Certified Public Accountant – Mandatory

2. Internship in one of the Big 4 offices – a significant advantage

3. 2-4 years of experience as an accountant in a company – Mandatory

4. Work experience with ERP system implementation – a significant advantage

5. Managerial experience – an advantage

6. High competence in economic analytical analysis

7. Business orientation

8. Ability to work regularly with senior managers

9. Technological orientation and understanding of various information systems

10.High level off proficiency in Excel – Mandatory

11. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
