Innovid seeks an experienced IT System Administrator to join our global IT team.

you will play a vital role in establishing and shaping our IT department. With numerous projects underway to build and enhance our IT infrastructure, you will have the opportunity to lead and participate in various initiatives to support our global operations and to be a solution-driven problem solver who can balance corporate demands within a fast-paced environment.

You will:

• System Maintenance, Administration, and Troubleshooting - Install, configure, and support the organization's IT Infrastructure, network, corporate IT cloud infrastructure (AWS), and SaaS applications.
• Leverage JumpCloud (or equivalent) for identity and access management across our ecosystem.
• Ensure the security of our IT infrastructure, devices, and applications. Implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) to enhance security and user access control.
• Providing technical support and assistance to end-users across different regions, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Implementing new technology and initiatives, focusing on automation, AI, and other technologies that will support the company’s scalability and operation.
  
  

You should have/be:

• 3+ years of previous experience as a system administrator
• Proficiency with Mac and Windows operating systems, both hardware and software
• Experience working with Office 365 and/or Google Workspace environments
• Problem-solving skills in a complex technical environment
• Strong understanding of network and security concepts
• Independent with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
• Demonstrate scripting knowledge in batch, BASH, PowerShell - an advantage
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written- Must
