(NASDAQ and TASE: FRSX), is a growing startup company that develops solutions and safety features for the autonomous driving industry. Foresight developed cutting edge unique stereo and perception technology to enhance the vision capabilities of the next generation of autonomous vehicles, enabling the use of any camera pair (position, lens parameters, wavelength etc.)

Job Description

We are looking for a Computer Vision Applied Researcher to join our growing computer vision research team. As an applied researcher on our team, you will be working as a part of a large team of experienced computer vision algorithm developers. You will be responsible for researching SOTA computer vision challenges in the autonomous car ecosystem. You will be conducting hands-on research, while keeping in mind the constraints and limitations of real world ADAS systems. The role involves E2E research-to-production flow, starting from understanding product requirements, literature review, dataset formulation, data validation, model/architecture choosing, running experiments, model optimization and deployment to edge device. You will also be required to occasionally write patents and scientific articles and present your findings at top CV conferences.

Technical Knowledge And Qualifications

• M.Sc. from a top university in Computer Science / Engineering / Math – Mandatory. PhD – Advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in computer vision algorithm research (must)
• Excellent programming skills in Python (must)
• Background in some of these technologies: Object Detection, Instance/Semantic Segmentation, Depth Estimation, SLAM, Multi-View Geometry, Cameras Calibration or similar (must)
• Can-do attitude (must)
• Publications in top conferences in computer vision (advantage)
• Experience in network acceleration methods (advantage)
