As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing backend processes, ensuring seamless operations, optimizing efficiency, and managing the pre-sales business analyst activities.
Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring scans, building monitoring dashboards, data synchronization between internal systems, overseeing account creations, and supporting the coordination of pre-sales activities related to account creation and readiness.
You must deeply be immersed in technologies, and have a high sense of ownership, driven to continuously improve processes, and possess exceptional prioritization skills.
You will be working at a fast-paced startup, servicing global enterprise clients worldwide and enjoying a diverse, dynamic culture, building next generation cyber security technology.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage backend processes to ensure they run smoothly and without issues.
- Develop and build monitoring dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure real-time visibility into system performance.
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Oversee and manage data synchronization between different internal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integrity.
- Manage the process of account creations, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of backend processes, monitoring protocols, data synchronization procedures, and account creation
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a technical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proficiency in building monitoring dashboards using SaaS tools.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge in Salesforce, Jira, Elastic/ Kibana Dashboard
- Knowledge in SaaS integration and automation tools – an advantage.
- Basic scripting knowledge, particularly in Python - an advantage.
- Previous startup experience – an advantage
- Fluent Professional Hebrew and English.
