Product Data Analysts Team Leader

The Insights unit's mission is to power AppsFlyer clients to make decisions based on Insights provided by AppsFlyer. This unit includes several products including AppsFlyer main dashboard.

We are looking for an experienced data analyst team lead willing to think big and out of the box to make things happen, to grow the team members and to work with the unit’s product directors.

What You’ll Do

• Hands-on. Develop strategies, processes, and best practices for analytics and enforce standard methodologies in developing all analytics tools and models.
• Be a Proactive leader - initiate moving needle projects, own them end to end, and see them come to life. Deliver compelling insights to influence decisions and roadmaps.
• Management. Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of talented data analytics.
• innovate: Initiate and build products and features that are 100% built on top of our enormous amount of data.
• Product Analysis. Develop and set product analytics methodologies, user behavior analysis and optimization for AppsFlyer's core products
• Efficient Data Pipeline Building: Provide the analytical guidelines to build effective data pipelines from raw events to data models together with the data engineering team.
• Defining KPIs and User Behavior Analysis. Help shape our business and product strategy and foster data-driven decisions by helping to set the right KPIs, analyzing users’ behavior, and creating visibility into our business performance.
• You will be reporting to the unit’s VP Product or General Manager.
  
  

• At least 2 years as a team lead and at least 5 years of experience as a growth analyst/data analyst in the hi-tech industry, preferably in a B2C company.
• Proven record of working with “Large” data sets and working with end-user data.
• Excellent SQL skills.
• Experience in ETL processes.
• Excellent skills working with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Product and business orientation.
• Experience working with Python.
• Degree in Industrial engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Ability to simplify complex data and communicate with a range of stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to get things done from start to finish.
