Barlight specializes in developing, manufacturing, and patenting innovative products such as flexible cement, fire retardant materials, coatings, and acoustic panels. These products are mainly sold to the construction industry in Israel and international companies.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Materials and Process Engineer at Barlight in Lehavot Chaviva. The engineer will be responsible for developing new high-performance products, conducting failure analysis, and improving existing products. They will also work on coatings and materials science to develop and optimize manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with materials mixing, coatings, and strength analysis (advantageous)
• Background in materials science
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proficient in English
