Sales/ Retention Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Retention Agent!

As a Retention Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring client retention through excellent customer service and relationship management.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and interact with a diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for understanding and promoting our company's products and services, as well as providing personalized solutions to meet the unique needs of each client. Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention
• Provide prompt and efficient responses to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns on time
• Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend personalized solutions and products
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance our products and services based on client feedback
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and promote our company's offerings
  
  

• At least 1-year experience in a (telephone) sales position
• English and Italian native speaker/ Mother tongue level - written and verbal MUST
• Experience working in the Gaming/ Forex/ Binary/ Gambling industry - Advantage
• Strong communication skills, assertive with the ability to close sales
• Background in economics or finance
• Familiarity with computers and experience using basic Office programs and CRM solutions
• Highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
• Team Player
