We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned FP&A Strategy Analyst to pioneer this role at Oversee. Join our rapidly expanding global organization and take on a pivotal financial position. In addition, the chosen candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Finance to shape and implement Oversee's financial strategic initiatives.

Your Impact:

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reports to key stakeholders
• Support the development of executive, Board of Directors, and investor presentations
• Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), Cohort retention analysis, LTV/CAC, and other SaaS Metrics
• Lead the development, preparation, and presentation of both short- and long-range financial forecasts and budgets, including creating detailed financial, scenario-based models to evaluate investment priorities and potential alternatives
• Assist and work closely with the Head of Finance on fundraising initiatives and investor relationships
• Work with large data sets to analyze sales and operating performance
• Be the focal point for market research
• Play a leading role in the annual budget and financial forecasting process
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Lead complex financial modeling, providing value-added insights to management to support business decisions
  
  

• +3 years of FP&A work experience in SaaS companies or Investment companies
• BS in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working closely with various members of management and operational teams across the organization globally
• Ability to translate complex business operating models into clear financial performance scenarios
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter and ability to be the first and single FP&A Strategy Analyst at Oversee
• English native language- a must
