Project Management Office

We are looking for a passionate and experienced PMO to join our successful R&D department.

• In this position, you will work in a hybrid model, which means you will spend two days at the office and three days working from home**.
  
  

Responsibilities

• This role will greatly impact the organization, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborating with Product & R&D to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
• Establishing templates, metrics, goals and process flows for Product & R&D projects. This includes but is not limited to quarterly releases and key features, significant deliverables, Product & R&D SLAs for other departments, and operations
• Overseeing the development and execution of projects, ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks effectively while upholding department and company standards
• Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting standards, adhering to any timeline, and resource allocation
• Drafting and implementing new, and improving existing, policies and processes
• Analyzing project data, including timeline, risks, resource allocation, and outcomes.
• Reporting on projects both to teams and R&D & Product executives
• Working cross-functionally with other departments on cross-departmental projects
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience in the industry as a PMO – Must
• A minimum of 2 years experience in Agile SCRUM and/or SAFe – Must
• A minimum of 2 years experience in embedding Agile Process in Jira
• Strong leadership skills in a matrix environment.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to prioritize among many conflicting needs and advocate a course of action with a strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver
• Strong attention to detail and technicalities.
• Superb or Native English
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce and BI tools – an advantage
• Agile Scrum Master certification – an advantage.
