QA Manager

We are seeking a reliable Manager of Quality Assurance to join our team at Yoom, working on revolutionizing the character production pipeline. As a QA manager, you will ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for creating and executing QA procedures and ensuring our product hits the market on time and at the required quality level.

An excellent Quality Assurance Manager has eyes like a hawk and solid experience in quality control. The ideal candidate is a reliable and competent professional whose approval will be necessary for the continuation of a business life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Test Planning and Execution - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts that thoroughly validate software functionality. Execute the test plans to meet version timelines and quality goals.
• Defect management – report bugs and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified defects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Automation Strategy - Drive the development and implementation of an effective test automation strategy to increase testing efficiency and coverage. Evaluate and integrate automation tools that align with the organization's goals.
  
  

• 5+ years of proven experience as a quality assurance manager in a relevant role
• Proven experience with B2B, complex architecture, and system testing.
• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Familiarity with testing tools and bug-tracking systems.
• Great attention to detail and result-driven approach
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with real-time, camera-based, systems testing advantage.
• Strong understanding of test automation and experience implementing automation frameworks, advantage.
