Position Summary

Minute Media is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask successfully under tight schedules and lead investigations to implement requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support - Collaborate closely with marketing teams to execute marketing campaigns on our media buying platform. This involves coordinating with internal & external stakeholders, ensuring campaign assets are uploaded correctly, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Marketing Asset Management - Manage marketing assets such as domains and social pages on our platform. Collaborate with the marketing team to onboard new domains for campaign use. Ensure the smooth integration of Facebook pages into our platform, including the setup, monitoring, and optimization of ad campaigns.
• Evaluate and enhance operational processes to drive efficiency and streamline workflows. Propose and implement solutions to automate manual tasks, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall campaign management processes.
• Know-how - Create and maintain an internal knowledge base, a repository of best practices.
