Junior Product Manager

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our fast-paced food delivery and quick commerce startup. You'll work with different stakeholders to prioritize features, and launch initiatives - collaborating with Engineering, Designers, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing. Manage the development of new products/services that optimize the customer experience from order to delivery. Streamline workflows for customers, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and testing to drive product improvements
• Gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize feature development
• Manage complex processes across multiple teams
• Collaborate with data analysts to gather insights and make data-driven decisions
• Work closely with designers to ensure a smooth and seamless user experience
• Communicate effectively with departments and partners from different disciplines

Requirements:

• Outstanding team player with a fun and energetic attitude
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb new information quickly and effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Design, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience as a product manager/owner
• Experience with B2C products and strong UI/UX understanding
• Project management skills: organized, efficient, and goal-oriented
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Jira, Figma, and product management tools
