The Role
Zoom REI is seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our marketing creative team. As a key member of our dynamic group, you will play a crucial role in producing compelling content that not only inspires but also drives exceptional performance. Join our collaborative and experienced marketing team, where creative ideas, branding, and UI/UX excellence come together to elevate our brand story.
Be Accountable For:
● Contribute significantly to the development of the company's brand, tone of voice, and overall visual identity.
● Produce marketing materials across various platforms, including website/landing page compositions, campaign ads, video storyboards, and social media content.
● Conceptualize and lead creative concepts for campaigns and events.
● Collaborate with the marketing team, product marketing, developers, and other stakeholders to bring the brand story to life.
● Utilize cutting-edge tools to enhance the quality of creative work and influence the development and evolution of our brand identity and infrastructure.
● Gather information, clarify goals, and develop creative strategies by collaborating with marketing, content, product, production experts, developers, and other stakeholders.
● Establish a data-driven approach, sharing insights with other teams to drive continuous improvement based on user experiences.
The Right Person:
● 4+ years of experience in B2C companies with a strong understanding of the digital and creative design process.
● Proficiency in Figma (Must), with motion design skills considered a bonus.
● Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and After Effects – a significant advantage.
● Exceptional portfolio showcasing creative and digital marketing projects, including branding initiatives, website and mobile design, brand book guidelines, illustrations, and infographics.
● Strong web design skills and experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney or alternatives.
● Self-driven and independent, with the ability to lead end-to-end projects.
● Exceptional creative thinking with the ability to push boundaries.
● Experience in working with design systems.
● A good level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management skills.
● Bachelor’s degree in art or design or an equivalent degree.
● A team player with excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude.
Working days: Sunday-Thursday, hybrid and flexible, 2-3 working days from the office between 14:00-22:00.
