We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead our Management Platform.

The team is responsible for designing and developing FortiEDR features over MS in the cloud, which are being used by thousands of Researchers and Cyber Analysts.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of Full-Stack developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Mentorship and Growth: Provide guidance and mentorship to nurture the professional growth and skill development of team members.
• Feature Design and Development: Lead the conception and execution of FortiEDR features, ensuring their seamless integration into the cloud-based platform.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with security researchers, Product Managers, and UX experts to align feature development with user needs and market demands.
  
  

• Management Experience: 3+ years of hands-on software development management experience, showcasing leadership and mentorship skills.
• Development Expertise: 5+ years of software development experience with a strong foundation in React for Frontend and Backend technologies.
• Reliability and Scalability: Experience in developing high-capacity and high-reliability products, ensuring robust performance under demanding conditions.
• Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects from inception to execution, driving teams to achieve project milestones effectively.
• Bonus Skills: Experience in software security/networking systems, Big-Data systems (ELK, Mongo, etc.), coding in Java, and Angular.
