Customer Account Specialist - Animal Health

Job Description

Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in Field Sales Teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.

Customer and Account Specialist, is responsible to identify territorial customer needs and business opportunities, and builds strategic territory business plan accordingly to leverage company's value proposition to achieve sales objectives and market share.

Main Accountabilities

• Identify the key customers and define the strategy and tactics of their development on the territory
• Creating and managing long-term relationships and partnerships
• Achieving / exceed sales targets and agreed KPI's
• Analyze territory and accounts sales
• Planning and implementation of customer centric - action plan per account
• Perform the individual visits and provide the group activities to increase the brands awareness and customers loyalty
• Organize and implement tailored made activities for the own territory
• Analyze competitors’ performance in the territory
• Be responsible for achieving the sales results on quarterly and annual basis.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

• B.A Degree, MBA - advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in sales
• High scientific level abilities
• Proactive "can do" attitude, strong analytical and customer facing skills
• Very high selling skills level
• Very good in customer centric interactions/sales techniques
• Capable of creating and managing long-term relationships and partnerships
• Outstanding communication skills and flexibility
• Strategic thinking, planning skills
• Drive and own responsibility for achieving results
• Self-motivated with the ability to perform with a high level of independence
