Financial Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance to lead our financial operations in Israel and abroad with an emphasis on building and managing budgets, P&L, cash flow, and team development. ***Reporting directly to the company CFO***

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial roles in either a small to medium sized company or as a Director or Controller in a larger organization.

Applicants must have accounting expertise and experience working in a production environment with inventory, supply chain, and purchasing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and consolidation processes, including preparing all required financial statements and ongoing interaction with external accountants.

• Prepare a budget plan and ongoing tracking of budget vs. actual analysis.

• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed internally and externally to our investors, auditors etc.

• Manage capital and inventory processes, including collaboration with Sales and Operations teams.

• Manage our day-to-day finance operations activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow and banking transactions and management of bookkeepers.

• Managing all payroll and tax activities

• Develop and implement efficient financial processes to optimize the team’s activities and provide quality services to our internal and external customers.

• Responsibility for the preparation of annual solo and tax reports

• Providing support and guidelines to subsidiaries and reviewing their closing process

• Responsibility for the ongoing tasks related to the company's business activities.

• Work closely with the accounting team to set and implement policies, accounting & procedures.

• Monitoring company cash flow

• Hiring and overseeing accountants

• Overseeing insurance coverage for the company

• Overseeing the company's progress toward its revenue goals and advising as necessary

• Support company departments with finance matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA (Big 4 accounting firms) - Must

• 4+ years of working experience as a senior controller or director

• Excellent oral and written communication in Hebrew and in English

• Highly proficient with Priority ERP

• Experience in an international environment with US, Israeli and European entities.

• Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office/Google Applications

• Good Excel skills

• Hands-on and proactive approach with great attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
